The TRANSITIONS Package is one of the most comprehensive programs. It offers the client a structured approach to examine the essential components and steps surrounding a major career shift or change. A successful transition should capitalize on the client's current education, training, experience, skills and values while identifying potential new opportunities that the client can pursue with passion. Using the EXPLORER Package as a foundation, this package includes:
- An Intake Session.
- Formal Assessments (choose 3): MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory, Work Personality Index and Personal Competencies Inventory.
- Self Assessment Exercises for Career Values, Transferable Skills/Core Competencies, Networking, and Work~Life Balance.
- Exercises to research selected occupational areas/titles.
- Establishing both short-term and long term career goals, as well as options for additional training, education, and/or certification to embark on a new career.
- 6 Follow-up Coaching Sessions.
- 5 hours of writing services to prepare a Word and text (for job boards) version of an updated resume document, and 4 letter templates in Word.
- Coaching on the use of proactive job search strategies, targeted search resources, and successful interviewing techniques (includes a 192 page book on interview preparation).
- Client is expected to complete assignments between scheduled sessions.
- Email support between sessions. ($ 935.00)

TERMS: All personal packages require a 50% deposit to start the package, 25% due upon the completion of the 2nd coaching session and the remaining 25% due prior to the completion of the final session.
Based upon the version of the feedback report available, the client may substitute a previously completed MBTI and/or Strong Interest Inventory assessment for those outlined in a personal package (and updated MBTI & STRONG assessments may not be needed).
