The Job Search Package

The JOB SEARCH package starts with the premise that there is a smarter way to uncover career opportunities. In reality, the majority of openings are unadvertised. By taking a proactive approach and using targeted resources, the client increases the likelihood that they will identify and apply for positions of interest. This package includes:

An Intake Session
3 Follow-up Coaching Sessions to review the client's understanding of proactive job search strategies and use of targeted resources.
Client is expected to complete assignments between scheduled sessions.
Email support between sessions. ($ 300.00)
OPTIONS: add 3 - 5 hours of writing services (at $55 per hour) to prepare an updated resume and letters, and/or complete the Barriers to Employment Success assessment ($35).

TERMS: All personal packages require a 50% deposit to start the package, 25% due upon the completion of the 2nd coaching session and the remaining 25% due prior to the completion of the final session.

Based upon the version of the feedback report available, the client may substitute a previously completed MBTI and/or Strong Interest Inventory assessment for those outlined in a personal package (and updated MBTI & STRONG assessments may not be needed).
